Paayas has been associated with NDDB, Mrida to undertake the task of manage the cattle manure and provide our members with a safe and economic fuel option. In this, cattle manure is used to produce Biogas which can be used as household fuel and slurry of the biogas plant can be used as organic fertilizer for crops.
Through this initiative we aim to reduce GHG emission that would otherwise be released during decomposition of cattle manure and provide a renewable source of energy of our members reducing dependency on fossil fuels.
