She holds a B.Tech degree in Food Technology from Anand Agricultural University, Gujarat, and an MBA in Agribusiness Management from MANAGE, Hyderabad (National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management). She brings over three years of professional experience in agribusiness consulting, strategy execution, and rural development initiatives, having previously worked with Ernst & Young and Deloitte. At Paayas, she leads the Process Performance Excellence function, focusing on KPI governance, process standardization, SOP development, organizational reporting, and monitoring of cross-functional strategic initiatives. Her role is centered on enhancing operational effectiveness, driving process efficiency, and fostering a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
